Girls in the softball community now have access to the same training program our pro baseball players have successfully used since we opened 10 years ago. Our program covers everything you need to hit harder, be stronger and faster, throw with greater velocity, and stay healthy. We are a Baseball/Softball specific facility, which allows us to put greater focus on players' rotational strength needs.
